Things start smoothly, but as time progresses, Jake finds it harder and harder to stay sober. Running into his previous friend and fellow addict creates conflict and he fears losing everyone he loves. Jake knows he will need to make a choice between his love and staying clean or falling back into his addiction, leaving him at a crossroads of his fate.
