“When I Become a Ghost” is a different kind of ghost story told from a dying woman's point of view as she begins her journey into the Afterlife. It consists of 3 parts that each explore surreal, exotic and eerie encounters. Magical realism, horror, dance and environmental genres are touched upon in each of the chapters that comprise the project. We have also experimented with form as well as content. The film is adaptable to many different exhibition formats...as an immersive walk through installation combining digital technology with video art or as a continuous short experimental film on a single screen with a running time of 14 minutes 49 seconds.
