During his final days with his health failing he cast one final spell over the town: cursing the people born there from ever being able to escape.
Lost Ones explores this history through an ode to youth set in the present day; a time where opportunities outside of London are hard to come by; rural pipe dreams aplenty, abundance & prospects scarce. This is a poignant ‘coming of age’ film of teenage banality in all its heady, mysterious and sometimes violent detail.
During the time when another summer comes to an end, a tight-knit group of youths chase their drum n bass music dreams. It's the beginning of the divide between the anywheres and the somewheres, as leader Alfie Field struggles at a personal crossroads, with an opportunity his first love cannot watch him pass….
