Wedi'i ffurfio yn un o gymunedau mwyaf amlddiwylliannol Prydain, mae'r clwb yn torri rhwystrau hiliol a chymdeithasol mewn camp sydd wedi'i dominyddu ers tro gan draddodiad ac unigrywiaeth.
