Mae ‘Iravin Nizhal Making’ yn ffilm ddogfen arddull, sy’n rhoi golwg yn y sedd flaen o’r brwydrau a’r heriau y tu ôl i greu Ffilm Ergyd Sengl Afreolaidd Gyntaf y Byd Iravin Nizhal. Gyda throsleisio gan ei awdur, cyfarwyddwr, cynhyrchydd a phrif actor Radhakrishnan Parthiban, mae gan y ffilm luniau tu ôl i'r llenni, lluniau o'r ffilm ei hun a chyfweliadau ei chast a'i chriw.
Ffilmiwyd yr ymdrech arloesol hon trwy set enfawr yn cynnwys 59 set-ups, gyda dros 300 o actorion yn cynnwys plant ac anifeiliaid, 150 o dechnegwyr, gwisgoedd niferus a newidiadau colur, 50 mlynedd o gyfnodau amser, effeithiau arbennig fel glaw a thân, i gyd. wedi'i goreograffu'n hyfryd mewn un ergyd a'i gyflawni ar ôl 90 diwrnod syfrdanol o ymarferion.
Er gwaethaf ymarferion niferus, roedd nifer o syrpreisys a heriau yn codi i'r criw y bu'n rhaid iddynt eu goresgyn gyda byrfyfyr a chreadigrwydd. Mae’r rhaglen ddogfen yn dilyn profiad emosiynol y criw o roi’r gorau i gamp aruthrol a chymer rhif 23 yw’r ffilm olaf, profiad ‘erioed o’r blaen’.

The Documentary
SYNOPSIS
‘Iravin Nizhal Making’ is a documentary style film, giving a front seat view of the struggles and challenges behind creating the World’s First Non-Linear Single Shot Film Iravin Nizhal. With voiceovers by its writer, director, producer and lead actor Radhakrishnan Parthiban, the film has behind the scenes footage, footage from the actual film and interviews of its cast and crew.
This path breaking effort was filmed through an enormous set consisting of 59 set-ups, with over 300 actors including children and animals, 150 technicians, numerous costumes and make up changes, 50 years of time periods, special effects like rain and fire, all beautifully choreographed into a single shot and achieved after a whopping 90 days of rehearsals.
Despite numerous rehearsals, numerous surprises and challenges propped up for the crew that they had to overcome with improvisation and creativity. The documentary follows the crew’s emotional experience of pulling off all-consuming feat and take number 23 is the final film, a ‘never before’ experience.
